We focus on the remedial, upgrade and defects area for mixed use multi-residential developments. SPMA is highly experienced in navigating the Design and Building Practitioners Act (DBPA) and the regulatory framework governing Class 2 buildings in New South Wales. We produce and coordinate compliant Regulated Designs, with expertise in waterproofing and other high-risk building elements. Our collaborative approach ensures that designs are not only code-compliant but also constructable and clearly documented—minimising risk during construction and inspection phases.
