Peter Blair
Senior Project Director

Peter Blair is an Executive Director of the company and has been involved in developing the business since its inception. As the Project Director of SPMA, Peter is the driving force behind the success of our projects. He has extensive experience in residential and commercial turnkey projects, complex alterations and additions and residential remedial repairs. He has acquired through a 20+ year career in construction industry a broad skill base which suits adaptation to a wide range of projects.

Richard Stapleton
Project Director

Richard Stapleton joined SPMA in April 2009 and has extensive experience in the construction industry having worked for first tier builders in both Australia and the UK. Since commencing with SPMA Richard has worked on a large range of projects including; remedial, residential, commercial, medical, industrial and veterinary. Richard now specialises in the management of the remedial works projects being carried out by SPMA.

Alek Salameh
Project Manager

Alek Salameh joined SPMA in late 2018 with several years’ experience in project management, construction and engineering fields. He comes from a diverse educational background in surveying, engineering and law. He has project management experience ranging from new build developments to alterations and additions. He has also worked in civil and structural design of new build projects. Alek’s broad experience in the construction industry is utilized to support our Project Directors in both remedial and developmental projects.

Danny Stoess
Project Manager

Danny Stoess joined SPMA in 2019 with several years local experience in project management and construction.  He comes from a background of design architecture and utilises his skills to support a broad range of projects at SPMA, both remedial and developmental.

Liam Filson
Project Manager

Liam Filson joined SPMA in 2023 and has extensive previous experience in the Architecture and Construction industry having previously worked for top tier Architects on large scale government projects as well as small scale Architects doing new build or alterations and additions to apartments/ housing/ commercial. While at SPMA Liam has been involved in the support and management of a number of projects within the fields of defect investigation and reporting, remedial works projects and multi-residential alterations and additions.

Donna Lee
Project Officer/Business Manager

As Project Officer and Business Manager, Donna manages all of our accounts and office administration.  Donna has extensive previous experience in administration and Quality Management systems including creating and developing policies, procedures and continuous improvement.  Donna also holds qualifications in building and construction and assists in project management and support on remedial projects.

Luke Bolin
Project Officer

Luke Bolin joined SPMA in 2021 as an intern whilst completing his Bachelor of Engineering.  Upon successful completion he has become a valuable member of the SPMA team and assists  in project management and construction projects.  He utilises his skills to support a broad range of projects at SPMA, both remedial and developmental.
